Meet Kevin, The Man Behind Our Sessions
Kevin, a former competitive strongman, current gym owner, and our expert, discovered the transformative power of breath work through personal exploration. Becoming passionate about stress relief techniques, he pursued a Wim Hof® Instructor certification and began teaching somatic release breath work at Kwick Breathing. Through his guidance, clients experience the profound benefits of breath work, including improved mental clarity, reduced stress, and enhanced overall well-being.
Conquering Adversity
I have been a personal trainer for 20 years and I have noticed that people are consistently stressed out, and while exercise is certainly beneficial in reducing stress sometimes we need to do a bit more. I started this practice with the goal in mind of helping you with the accountability and consistency of an exercise regimen but one to reduce your stress and improve overall wellness in a natural proactive way.
