My name is Kevin Wickman. I am a passionate Certified Wim Hof Breathing instructor dedicated to sharing the benefits of the Wim Hof Method. My group classes are tailored for male athletes and anyone dealing with the effects of anxiety, depression, or stress from poor breathing mechanics.
My Story
Throughout my life, I've always pushed forward, using my drive and determination to succeed in whatever I set my mind to. While this brought me success and, at times, pride, it seldom led to genuine happiness. In 2022, the intense pressure of my lifestyle, compounded by personal challenges, nearly overwhelmed me. That's when I discovered the Wim Hof Method. Initially, my interest was piqued by the prospect of another technique to enhance my physical training. However, as I delved into the practice, I experienced a sense of calm unlike anything I had felt before—it was transformative.
Embracing this method wholeheartedly, I began exploring breathwork through literature and even attended a Wim Hof Retreat. There, during the breathing sessions, I underwent a profound, life-changing experience. It became clear to me that I needed to share this powerful method with others who, like me, were successful and driven but also grappling with feelings of anger, anxiety, and a lack of fulfillment.
